Feedback wanted for Future YouTube Channel!

Hey everyone, we are experimenting with videos to launch a YouTube channel.  Keep in mind this is the very beginning of our journey.  We are looking for POSITIVE and CONSTRUCTIVE feedback on this video from you, our potential future viewers.  We are currently limited on camera equipment and high-tech editing software.  So, video quality is something that will improve with time.  Please keep the feedback focused on the video format and not critiques of the rescue itself.  Here are a few of the feedback questions we are looking for:

1) How do you like the format? With the opening of a title pictures, and video, then end with an information picture.

2) How do you like the narration?  We are trying to talk through the video to explain what is going on.  Is this something you like? Do you have suggestions for improvement?

3) What types of videos or information would you like to see on an Off-Roading channel?

4) Do you have any ideas or suggestions for a new channel that you think would make us unique?

Don’t wait all night for help

This customer got stuck at 1am, called his roadside assistance and it took until 7:15 am to get ahold of me. This is unacceptable. If you want service and don’t want to wait until your insurance company gets around to it, call me. I was on location within 15 minutes and had the vehicle back on the road in no time. Unfortunately I’m seeing this lack of respect from the insurance companies more and more lately. You can request your provider contacts me, or call me and you can send the bill receipt to be refunded to your insurance.

The ground is still saturated, be careful where you drive…

This past hail/rain storm has made the ground extremely wet . Heavy vehicles will sink quite easily… As you can see. Spinning your tires will only dig you in deeper. Stop and call for help if you can’t continue moving under your own power. You can always request me thru your roadside assistance program, or contact me directly and you can send my invoice to your insurance for reimbursement.
